Try your REMedy device for 30 nights. If you’re not sleeping better or feeling more relaxed, we’ll gladly provide a full refund. No fine print, no hassle.

How Returns Work

1. Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • The device must be in like-new condition (no physical damage) and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email our support team at returns@theremedy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Sale items are eligible for return under the same 30-night policy.

Exchanges & Warranty Claims

Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or stops working within the 1-year warranty period, contact us immediately at support@theremedy.com. We’ll ship a replacement at no cost as soon as possible.

Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To switch products, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs fees. Refunds will be issued in USD, and exchange rates or bank fees may apply.

Final Sale Items

Digital products (e-books, guides) and opened wellness consumables (like essential oil blends) are not eligible for return unless defective.
